We genuinely could not have asked for a better Realtor. Not only is Shawn an all-around great guy, he made what could have been a really stressful process feel almost effortless. As first-time home sellers, we had a lot to learn, and he took the time to sit down with us multiple times and walk us through the entire process. He made sure we understood what was happening, what to expect next. Most importantly, he ensured we felt educated and confident every step of the way. We never felt rushed, pressured, or like we were asking too many questions. Our house was under contract in 8 days and the entire process through closing went unbelievably smoothly. Honestly, everything happened so fast and so perfectly that I almost wish I had more houses to sell. 😂 We’re so grateful for the experience and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.
